JumpStart Website Development Program
The Capital Region SBDC will open applications for our inaugural JumpStart website development program in October of 2022. We’re deeply committed to providing quality technical assistance to our clients. This program is no exception! Our vision is to create a lasting economic impact for women and minority-owned small business owners in our region. Up to four recipients in the Greater Richmond Region will receive a new or revamped website, updated professional headshots, product shots if applicable, as well as site education for future maintenance. The estimated project value is $5,000 per website and will be provided at no-cost to the winning applicants.

Eligibility
1
Your woman or minority-owned small business is located in the City of Richmond, or the counties of Chesterfield, Henrico, Hanover, Ashland, Goochland, Powhatan, and New Kent
2
Registered to conduct business in Virginia and has an active Business License
3
Been a revenue-generating business for one year
4
Have a Brand Kit including high-quality product photos if applicable, brand identity, brand colors
5
A client of the Capital Region SBDC (head to our home page to learn more!)
6
A for-profit small business
7
Has between 0-50 employees
8
Not currently involved in bankruptcy proceedings
Applications open on Wednesday, October 5th at 5 PM and close on Friday, October 14th at 12 PM.
