Developing an Entrepreneurial Mindset

The session will be facilitated by Gus Iurillo, a career coach who specializes in helping folks launch their own business and has helped over 350 people to do so, over the last 19 years. This workshop is less about mechanics of starting a business and more successful owners approach starting and running a business enterprise. Much of this presentation is drawn from a course he taught on this topic at the University of Richmond. Prior to launching his own successful coaching practice, Mr. Iurillo held senior marketing roles at Capital One, Coca-Cola and Colgate Palmolive.

In this session you will:

-Become prepared for the journey of launching and running a successful business from the perspective of how to think differently than an employee.

-Gain insights from research on what separates successful business owners from everyone else.

This workshop will be online via Zoom. Attendees will receive a link post registration, as well as a reminder two days before the event.
